Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.
How long does an order take to arrive?

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. During December, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our facilities. In addition, tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we will locate it for you. If the order cannot be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping charges.
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 and above.
