Return Policy

Online Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. The following restrictions may apply:

  • Certain items are designated as final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The product page will indicate whether an item is a final sale item. For example, clearance items are final sale items. Nonetheless, exceptions will be made if your product is defective and you are legally entitled to a refund. You can contact our customer service in order to start the process.
  • Since personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
  • Based on your return history, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue your refund through a gift card.
  • We reserve the right to deny resellers the benefit of our returns and refund policy.
  • If you place an order during the holiday period (as noted in our Returns section), your order is eligible for a 60-day return from the time of delivery unless one of the above restrictions apply.

Additional considerations

In order to make the return process faster, we ask you to please meet the following conditions:

  • Have the product in its original state and packaging.
  • All product components must be included to be eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • Original tags attached.
  • We are unable to accept any right of withdrawal from you for customized and personalized items as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Provide a copy of your receipt.
