Ordering

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Online orders can be canceled by contacting us via email. Please be sure to provide your order number and full name. 


    You may also return your product using our free return label provided with your order within 30 days of delivery. If you place an order during the holiday promotional period 10/25/24 through 1/10/25, your order is eligible for a 60-day return from the time of delivery. 

  • Can you ship internationally?

    We do offer international shipping. However, please note that there is an international delivery fee that you will be charged for, which is non-refundable.

  • Do I need to create an account to buy from your online shop?

    No, you do not need an account to place an order. However, having an account can save you time during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. Additionally, you will receive special offers before the general public.

  • How do I know if my order is processed?

    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email that will include deliver information, including the tracking number.

  • How do I manage my shopping bag?

    Go to the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the Jacked Fitness website. From there, you can manage your shopping bag. 

    • To change the size of a product, click ‘edit’ below the specific product.
    • To delete a product, click ‘Delete’ below the specific product.
    • To change the quantity of a product, click the product quantity box and select the number of items you want to order.
  • How to choose different shipping methods?

    During the checkout process, a shipping method section will appear, where you will be able to select from the different shipping methods (if applicable). Please note that the default method is Standard Shipping, which will take approximately 5-7 business days for your items to be delivered.

  • Will I receive any communication regarding my order?

    Typically, you will receive the following information in regard to your order:

    • Order Confirmation
    • Invoice
    • Shipping Information
  • Will I receive a copy of my invoice?

    Yes, you will receive an email containing your invoice, which will display your order number, an itemized list of all items purchased, delivery information, amount, and payment method used. If an item is delayed, you will receive an additional shipping confirmation email once the item has shipped. Please note, you are not charged for an item until you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • How to edit shipping/billing information after I have placed my order?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we can no longer change your billing and/or shipping information. However, you can request your carrier to deliver your package to a local delivery facility. Please contact your shipper for pick up options near you. We do offer returns if you are not completely satisfied with your order. See our Shipping & Returns section, respectively.
