  • Which payments methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods:


    • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
    • Google Pay
    • All other major credit cards.

    Please note that we do offer the option to accept other payment methods. However, due to limitations of the website, these options will not show up. If you wish to use a different payment method, please reach out to us. Please be sure to include which products you would like to purchase and your delivery information (your name and address) and we will be sending you a link through our reliable partner Stripe so you can purchase your products using your preferred payment method.

  • Do you accept Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay as a payment method?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept these payment methods at this time, but we will implement them down the future.

  • Does Jacked Fitness price match?

    We offer unique promotions and sales throughout the year. These promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions.  We are committed to providing you with high quality and comfortable long lasting apparel. In order to keep these standards, we do not offer price matching of other similar products currently on the market , on previously placed orders, or after the sale or promotion has ended.

  • When will I be charged for my purchase?

    If you used a debit or credit card, we authorize the amount as soon as you place your order. When your products are shipped, we charge the products' amount in that shipment, sales tax (if applicable), and shipping fee (if applicable). If there are multiple shipments for the same order, you will see separate charges on your credit card statement or bank statement for each shipment. The shipping fee will only be charged once.

  • Why are my payments not going through?

    It is possible that your payment is not going through due to one of the following reasons:

    • Order cancellation: Orders occasionally have to be cancelled due to the product being out of stock. If that is the case, you will receive email communication with this information.
    • Billing address issues: You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete billing address associated to your card used for purchasing.
    • Card/Payment issues: You may have entered incorrect payment information or you are using an expired payment method. Please also see our accepted payment methods above.
  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We currently do not offer gift cards. However, these will be implemented in the near future.

  • Are my payments secure?

    Yes, we use Stripe Payment services. Stripe is a payment service provider that enables us to accept cards or other forms of payment on our website. Stripe adheres to strict industry standards and implements various security measures to protect any sensitive data during transactions.
