Refunds

• If you return an item in good condition or cancel your order, you will receive a refund.
• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within the refund timeline.
• Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card.
• Refunds on orders that have been partially paid with a gift card will have the gift card balance refunded in full before refunding the credit card on file. Please note that the gift card balance can only be refunded to the gift card.
• With some exceptions mentioned in our Return Policy, refunds will be made through your original payment method, within the refund Timeline.
  Please keep in mind that, in some cases, we reserve the right to make the refund through a Jacked Fitness gift card. See our Return Policy for more details.
• We reserve the right to deny resellers the benefit of our returns and refund policy.
