Exchanging an Item

Did you order the wrong size or color? You can exchange your item for free within 30 days after receiving your order.

Note: If your item was purchased during the holiday period, it is eligible for exchange within 60 days after receiving your order. Please see additional information on our Returns section.

How do I exchange an item

Any item(s) that you exchange should be in its original state and packaging as well as include all original tags. To start an exchange, simply send us an email letting us know the reasons why you would like to exchange your item and include your order number. Please make sure to include the new item(s) you would like to receive.

Make sure to drop-off your parcel within 14 days after letting us know that you would like to exchange your item. Send back your package using the shipping label that was provided to you to avoid any costs.

Restrictions

You can only exchange an item once. If the item is still not to your liking, you can return it and order something else.

Personalized items

If this is a unique item created for you, it cannot be exchanged. If there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us.

Limited items

Limited items cannot be exchanged. If the item is not to your liking, consider returning it (within 30 days after receiving your order) and reordering it in a different size or color.
