It is your responsibility to determine whether your proposed use is permissible within the applicable laws. Jacked Fitness reserves the right to challenge any unfair uses of its name, logo, and images.

There are counterfeit items that are available around the world. If you think you bought one, please contact us and tell us where and from whom (name and address) you purchased this product. Please include the following details:

1. Photos of the product (please include clear pictures of any labels attached to the product).
2. Photos of the packaging (if any).
3. Copy of your receipt.
4. Other documentation you may have received with your product.
5. Website address if you purchased your item online.

As these fake products do not come from us, please understand that we cannot accept these for a refund or exchange. Therefore, we highly recommend that you buy our products directly through our Store or our official retailers.

Should you choose to file a complaint against the seller of the product, we will cooperate with any inquiries from authorities in regard to the authenticity of the product.
